The CB-3 Cutting Board Set from Kershaw features a 2-7/8″ Paring knife and 6″ Chef’s knife along with an 8″ x 15″ maple wood cutting board.
These knives use Japanese AUS6A, a stainless high-carbon steel that take a razor-sharp edge. The handles are a durable co-polymer for a comfortable, yet firm grip even when wet. Dishwasher safe, but Kershaw recommends handwashing to maintain your knives. These knives are NSF Certified for commercial kitchens.
