The Pure Komachi 2 6″ Multi-Utility Knife offers a partially serrated blade with a slim, tappered shape and pointed tip. It is the perfect size for smaller jobs that are done on a cutting board. The pointed tip works well for boning smaller cuts of meat and poultry or filleting fish, too. The curved, plain edge at the front of the blade is ideal for slicing shallots, garlic, or herbs. The serrations on the blade back cut through foods with tougher exteriors, like avocados or citrus. One knife, many uses!
